This school year we tried many new recipes as we studied each continent. Here is a synopsis of our experience thus far. We have three countries left to go after this week - Japan, Russia, and Australia. I will say that the experience has definitely resulted in Nadia and Ian doing a better job with eating new foods, especially ones they aren't very keen on. Ian has actually traded places with Nadia. Nadia now has the hardest time of the three kids with eating foods she doesn't like. Oliver continues to like almost every single thing I serve. He will ask for seconds while his siblings are struggling to take their first bites. The pictures don't have anything to do with the foods; they are from our trip to Philadelphia last week.
