Heartbeats and kicks

I had read that around 26 weeks or so that the baby's heartbeat could be heard by Daddy. One site suggested using an empty toilet paper roll as a listening aid. Well he can't hear her that way yet. I'll be hearing her h/b this afternoon at my 4th prenatal OB visit. One time he also had his hand on my belly when she was kicking, but he couldn't feel her. Her kicks vary in intensity and that wasn't a strong one. Even this morning there was one time when she kicked so hard my hand actually moved (it was in the right spot). So I know she does sometimes kick strong enough that he could feel it, but it's hard to get the timing right of his hand being on the right spot at the right time.
