Lisa has been doing this regularly on her blog, and I thought it was a good idea. So here goes again. I am thankful for...1. the warmer weather we had on Friday.
2. the delicious omlette Paul made me for lunch on Saturday (this coming from a man who in our early marriage didn't even reheat food in the microwave much less cook anything).
3. the wonderful choir I have been able to join recently. The church has an average attendance of a little less than 200 so it's rather impressive (to me anyhow) that the choir has about 40 people in it, and they do an excellent job with challenging music!
4. the wonderful bargains I was able to purchase on Friday and Saturday for Nadia.
5. the fact that I actually have a reason to shop for baby clothes these days! I feel like a kid in the candy factory. :-)
6. the good health we continue to experience while many (including my parents) have dealt with the flu lately.7. the fact that Paul's parents were able to come up and watch Nadia on Friday while I went to faculty meeting. I am glad that Nadia gets to see her grandparents more often than I did as a child (since mine lived a lot farther away).
8. the fact that Nadia sleeps at least 10 1/2 hours each night which has meant more sleep for Mommy!
9. the beautiful snow which has covered the ground but not the roads lately. It's pretty to look at, but isn't making it harder to drive safely.
10. the red grapes I bought on Thursday since they were finally on sale. :-)
