I scheduled Oliver's first hypospadias surgery today. It will be taking place 9 weeks from today on January 6 in Philadelphia. Our neighbor who is a nurse has agreed to give Oliver his two testosterone shots. He'll have his first shot three weeks from today.
Oliver woke up at 4am this morning. We let him cry himself back to sleep. I have no idea why he woke up that early. Then he woke up at 5:45. That made sense because he used to wake up at 6:45, which is what time it would have been prior to the time change. We let him cry himself back to sleep. Nadia and Ian climbed in to bed with us at 6am, which again would have been their normal wake up time of 7am. We put them to bed according to the new time, but they woke up according to the old time, which means they lost at least one hour of sleep (Oliver lost a lot more than that). We shall see how many days it takes their bodies to switch to the time change.
