36 Weeks!

Well starting tomorrow I can say only 3 weeks left to go! I hope the time just flies by until she's in our arms! I made good progress on my to do list yesterday. I cooked and froze a double batch of tuna noodle casserole and a pan of lasagna, finished the thank you notes from the baby shower, graded some papers, etc. The invitations for Paul's party were also sent out this week so I think I've done all I can to prepare for that event ahead of time. Today I want to at least partially pack a suitcase for when it's time for Nadia's arrival. I figure some things like toothpaste and such can't be packed until the actual day arrives. I plan to bring both newborn and 0-3 month sized clothing for Nadia since we don't know which size she'll start out in. If you have any advice on what to pack/not to pack, I'm all ears! :-) I do plan to bring a boppy in case I find that helpful for nursing.

That's what I did, I packed travel sized everything so that I wouldn't be without anything. I also bought new pj's so that I would have it available and not have to worry about laundry if I'm in labour! I wanted the comfiest clothes I have available for while I'm recovering!

Bring a little hat for Nadia in the nursery. When I had Evan all the babies had cute little ones on and he had the beige hospital issued one.

I have to chuckle. We were so unprepared when Brett came. I didn't have any NB or 0-3 mo to pack except 2 onesies and a sweater (and he was in Georgia)! And I packed the night before we left. But there were lots of Walmarts along the way, and I wasn't in labor...

I agree on the hat - other than that - not much advise -- but I am soooooooo excited that she is almost here!!!!!!

As little as possible!!! With Tyler it was like we were moving in, and with Brianne we took very little because you really don't need that much. The nursery supplies all the clothes the baby wears while in the hospital. I could have done without everything I brought with Tyler except my body pillow. A true lifesaver!!! Stupid me decided to have my labor induced with Tyler but was too wise to go that route with Brianne.
