I still took the kids to the park today. I had to take them in the morning since we left at 2:45 for Sarah's house (and Nadia was napping until 2:15). I took a towel with me as I figured the equipment would be wet (from dew). It actually worked out perfectly as it was over 90 degrees in the afternoon so it was better to go in the morning! It's been a long but good day. I got home from school about 8pm, and I'll be heading to bed soon.
Nadia also loves her Bible. She carried it around quite a bit yesterday (it has a handle). I didn't mention it to her today, and as I was getting her down from eating breakfast she said "I need my Bible." She was carrying it around and she said "Time to go to Sunday School and church, Mommy." LOL! Well we don't go to church in our pjs or at 6:30am on a Monday, but I am tickled that she loves her Bible. She definitely can take her Bible with her to church on Sundays. I started working with her today on saying Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. I think if I find a song it will be easier to teach them to her.
