2011

2011 will be remembered as the year...

At Aunt Debbie's Christmas party

1. Ian learned to walk, run, talk, and sing.

2. Nadia started taking ballet and participating in AWANA.

3. Paul spoke at a conference near Lake Garda, Italy.

4. Ian had weekly OT,  three surgeries, and was diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis.

5. Ruth got her first DSLR camera and 50mm lens.
6. We went on our first (and most likely last) cruise.
7. Ruth and Nadia started baking (brownies, cookies, etc.) at least once a week.
8. Paul wrote his first ($500,000) grant proposal.

9. Nadia sang her first vocal solo (in front of about 200 people).

10. Ian learned his shapes (square, rectangle, triangle, oval, circle, octagon, and pentagon) and how to sleep through the night.
11. Nadia learned how to do 12 or 24 piece jigsaw puzzles by herself.
12. We started the ivf process for the third time.

13. We had our first pool membership, and Nadia had her first swimming lessons.
